The CNC hydraulic gate shearing machine is mainly composed of a frame, a tool holder, a blade clearance adjustment system, a pressing system, a hydraulic system, a rear positioning system, an electrical system, a CNC system, and cutting tools.

The entire frame is welded with steel plates to eliminate internal stress and prevent deformation of the body.

The rack is processed and formed in one go using a large European imported machining center, ensuring the parallelism and perpendicularity of each surface of the rack.

The front of the machine is equipped with a front feeding arm, with a total of four arms in the left and right middle, with a length of 1000mm.

The oil tank and main motor hydraulic pump are placed above and behind the machine tool for easy heat dissipation and to avoid resonance of the hydraulic system with the tool holder.

Hydraulic system:

The hydraulic system adopts imported integrated hydraulic control components.

Hydraulic system controls system pressure.

The hydraulic system has overload overflow safety protection.

The oil level gauge can clearly observe the oil level height.

Blade clearance adjustment system: The adjustment of blade clearance is controlled by a computer, which is convenient, fast, and highly accurate.

Rear positioning system: using high-precision ball screw transmission and ball slider guidance, driven by high-speed AC servo motor, controlled by CNC system.

Electrical system: The electrical components comply with international standards and are safe and reliable.
