However, it can process a wider range of materials, taking into account the advantages of both line rail machining centers and hard rail machining centers, making it very suitable for processing a variety of materials.

The ultra wide bed and column castings of the machine tool fully utilize materials to achieve maximum structural load. These castings provide a solid and stable machining platform, prevent distortion, evenly distribute cutting forces, and have good thermal stability.

All major components of the machine tool are made of cast iron, which has a shock absorption capacity up to 10 times that of steel. All castings are reinforced with heavy-duty reinforcing ribs to reduce twisting deformation and improve shock absorption capacity. In addition, each casting underwent a comprehensive inspection before and after processing.
