The high-precision tenon groove CNC horizontal internal lathe is mainly used for the internal tenon groove cutting of the outer ring of the stationary blades of aircraft engines and gas turbines. It is installed horizontally on the ground with an operating height of 1060-1100mm. During the cutting process, the workpiece is fixed and the tool moves horizontally. The machine tool adopts Siemens CNC operating system, which can display the cutting speed or return speed of the workpiece through the human-machine interface, and directly observe the working status of each axis. The operating system reads the real-time cutting pressure of the machine tool through sensors. The read pressure values can be saved, classified and compared. Based on the actual usage of the puller, the status of "normal puller", "waiting for grinding", and "abnormal puller" is displayed. The cutting force and cutting speed are both controlled by electro-hydraulic servo valves, which can be set arbitrarily on the operation screen through touch keys.
