1. Control system. Implement automatic machining of machine tools through Guangzhou CNC system programming. The system controls functions such as spindle start stop, workpiece clamping, coolant switch, and interpolation control of its corresponding linear slide table.
2. Bed and base. Plays a role in supporting and installing various components. The materials are HT300 cast, annealed, and subjected to harmonic vibration aging to eliminate residual stress, effectively ensuring the accuracy and stability of the machine tool.
3. Spindle and spindle drive. The machine tool spindle is a specially designed spindle unit. The spindle rotates at a high speed of 2000r/min, and the working temperature rise of the spindle is ≤ 35 ℃. The spindle drive is a 7.5KW main motor, which is driven by a V-belt with the spindle. Through the control of Guangzhou CNC GSK980TB, different speeds can be set.
4. Feed drive. This machine uses a servo motor directly connected to a ball screw to convert rotational motion into linear motion, driving a precision slide table to achieve forward and backward feed during the machining process. The ball screw used for machine tools is produced by Jiangsu Qijian. In order to better ensure the working accuracy and speed of the machine, the main body of the slide table is made of HT300 cast iron, which is annealed and subjected to harmonic vibration aging to eliminate internal stress. The small feed rate of the slide table is 0.001 mm.
5. Lubrication system. The machine tool is equipped with an automatic centralized lubrication system, which is automatically controlled by a CNC system in a timed and quantitative manner, and is equipped with a hydraulic alarm device, eliminating the trouble of liquid shortage.
6. Cooling device. The workpiece cooling adopts a multi-stage high-pressure pump to cool the workpiece and cutting tools with coolant. Single pump supply for cutting area. The motor power is 150W.
7. Machine tool protection. The sheet metal of the machine tool is a semi enclosed frame type, with a beautiful appearance and smooth lines. A side sliding door is installed in front of the sheet metal, which is equipped with a large area of transparent tempered glass. The handle part is appropriate, making it easy to take the workpiece and observe the processing clearly.
