High rigidity structure

The fuselage adopts an integrated double V-shaped track structure design, and all castings used are made of high-grade cast iron. After annealing and aging treatment to eliminate internal stress, the box body is not reinforced to improve structural rigidity.

lubrication system

The high-precision lubrication system used in the machine tool ensures more stable operation and can withstand weight grinding. Coupled with a precise feed system, the grinding power is greatly increased.

ball screw

The machine tool adopts C3 precision grade ball screw, which can be directly driven by servo motor to achieve high precision and long service life.

workbench

The workbench moves forward and backward (x-axis) slide rail, adopting a double V structure design, continuous forced lubrication method to avoid wear, high motion accuracy, and high service life.
