NAS seriesHigh precision forming surface grinderIt is a product of Changdao Precision's surface grinding machine product line; The machine is equipped with FANUC fully closed-loop CNC numerical control system and a high-precision grating ruler with a resolution of 0.1 μ m; Fully closed-loop control is achieved for the upper and lower axes, as well as the front and rear axes; Equipped with a dialogue based grinding process interface, automatic machining of composite surfaces such as flat surfaces, grooves, multiple grooves, circular arc surfaces, quadratic surfaces, or straight arc surfaces can be achieved without programming or filling in relevant process parameters; The standard roller type dressing device can achieve dressing of parallel grinding wheels, table type grinding wheels, R-type grinding wheels, polygonal grinding wheels, and non-circular surface grinding wheels; It can achieve online automatic dressing and compensation of grinding wheels; Can be equipped with a fourth axis turntable to achieve circular gear machining;
The guide surface and contact surface of the machine tool are made using manual precision scraping and grinding technology. The working surface made by scraping and grinding technology can reduce the assembly stress of the contact surface, enhance the contact stiffness, improve the lubricating oil storage capacity, and reduce the wear of the guide rail; So as to maintain the geometric accuracy of the machine tool and the dynamic machining accuracy of the workpiece for a long time;

The guide rail adopts the six sided double V structure developed by our company, and the joint surfaces are manually scraped and ground, which has high precision, high rigidity, high seismic resistance, and accuracy of micro feed that cannot be achieved by rolling guide rails and static pressure guide rails.
