2. Spindle system
The spindle is made of SNCM-21H alloy steel, which undergoes quenching and tempering, carburizing heat treatment, and then computer-controlled cryogenic treatment. Its surface hardness reaches HRC-62 ° or above, and the effective hardening layer on one side reaches 1.5mm or more. The FX-12S spindle adopts a dynamic pressure oil film spindle.
3. Adjust the wheel drive system
The adjusting wheel spindle drive motor adopts Taiwan, China's YAS KAWA Servo Motor. The FX-12S speed is controlled by 0~320rpm CNC and adjusted to the appropriate linear speed. When the outer diameter of the adjusting wheel changes, the same linear speed can still be maintained, ensuring the precision and smoothness of the processed workpiece and grinding out high-quality products.
The servo motor is ingeniously designed and installed on the adjustment wheel box, and is directly driven by a synchronous belt. It can tilt at the same time as the adjustment wheel during grinding, ensuring that the two pulleys are always parallel. This overcomes the inertia loss and many adverse effects caused by the chain multi section transmission of the old high-precision CNC centerless grinder, and avoids frequent replacement of the chain and zipper spring.
4. Spindle circulating oil system
The main spindle automatic lubrication circulating oil (advanced spindle oil 10 #) is the same oil pump as the oil pressure trimming device, with an external oil tank for easy cleaning and oil change. The main spindle circulating oil is filtered by a dual circuit device and equipped with a pressure controller to ensure the service life of the main spindle.

1. Repair of the spindle

After precision grinding and calendering treatment, the dimensional accuracy and surface roughness can be ensured. The trimming of the center hole at the shaft end is often overlooked, and grinding the center holes at both ends of the spindle is an important process related to repairing the spindle accuracy. When repairing the center hole of the spindle on the grinder, one hand should pinch the spindle and the other hand should gently adjust the tailstock handwheel. The spindle should be held loosely and tightly to achieve uniform grinding of the center hole. After the grinding of one end of the center hole is completed, the other end is ground again. After multiple repeated corrections such as grinding, measurement, and re grinding, the spindle's working surfaces meet the required technical standards.

During the scraping and grinding process of the coarse scraping bearing, shallow scraping technology is used, and the lower blade is very light. Firstly, use the spindle as the reference for rough scraping, and scrape out the contact points first. The points should be evenly distributed, with points between 14-16 points/25mm2. Scratching the knife marks should be done in a cross pattern, so that the dots are evenly distributed.
