Turning, a new realm!
The TTL wire rail series has fast and accurate processing performance, combined with cutting ability and delicate glossiness presentation, providing customers with the choice of high-efficiency lathes! Paired with roller track, it can achieve excellent rigidity of hard rail grade.
High rigidity body structure
The integrated structure utilizes finite element analysis (FEM) to optimize the design of strengthening ribs, thereby increasing the rigidity and stability of the machine.
The low center of gravity 30 ∘ inclined bed design is easy to handle chips and has good close range operability. The reserved output conveyor design is available for selection.
The screw is directly connected to the servo motor to present torque transmission, and each axis is pre tensioned to reduce thermal deformation and greatly improve machining accuracy.
The track section adopts high-performance linear sliding rail design, providing characteristics such as high precision, fast displacement, and low wear.
X. Z-axis feed rate can reach 30m/min
Spindle head
The front and rear labyrinth ring design of the spindle tool can prevent water vapor and dust from entering.
The spindle support adopts NN compound roller bearings and thrust ball bearings.
Hydraulic turret (standard)/servo turret (optional)
Oil pressure turret (standard) - The oil pressure adopts DANFOSS high-quality oil pressure motor, which has high torque, fast tool change, and excellent reproducibility accuracy.
Servo turret (optional) - The servo turret adopts direct rotation tool change, and adjacent tool change takes only about 0.3 seconds, with fast action and precise positioning.

Direct coupled servo motor
The direct design enables effective transfer of kinetic energy and reduces energy consumption.
BMT power turret (TTL-20M/MY series)
The high rigidity BMT turret provides a more stable tool locking method, which can maintain heavy cutting performance, improve tool interference problems, and demonstrate better milling capabilities.
Right angle Y-axis (TTL-20MY series)
The machine is designed with a right angled Y-axis, making machining operations easier; Compared to virtual Y-axis design, right angle Y-axis can provide more accurate straightness and positioning accuracy, and better meet high-precision milling requirements.

Manual tailstock
High rigidity structure and hydraulic spindle can reduce vibration and have good stability.
The tailstock can be pulled by a tool holder and moved freely according to the length of the workpiece to achieve a stable clamping effect.
Tool measurement system (optional)
Provide tool wear correction during processing to reduce downtime caused by tool wear and ensure machining accuracy.
Rear output chip conveyor (optional)
Significantly reduce the footprint and effectively utilize factory space
And it is convenient for unified chip collection and processing, improving production efficiency.
Load monitoring function (optional)
The load monitoring function can control the axial load value of the tube tool processing, and can detect tool damage in advance, effectively reducing product defect rate and improving production quality!

Water tank inlet
Add grooves to make disassembling workpieces and cutting tools more convenient, in accordance with ergonomics.
Vertical panel
It can move 90 degrees, with an ergonomic slope design and a user-friendly interface that better meets the needs of the operator.
Front pull water tank
The water tank can be directly pulled out from the front for easy cleaning and maintenance.
