Hydraulic turret: Adopting a fully hydraulic turret, the structure is simple and easy to maintain; Optional servo or power turret.
● High rigidity feed system: Full hard rail track with large diameter ball screw (X/Z: 50/40mm).
The spindle has high power and torque output, suitable for processing large workpieces. FVT-800 is equipped with an ap50i wide area motor, with an output torque of 1245N-m/230rpm. The FVT-1000 is equipped with a two-stage gearbox, with an output torque of 4700N-m/90rpm.
● Fully sealed electrical box: The electrical box adopts a brand new sealed design, which can isolate dust and oil mist from entering, effectively protecting important components.
