The maximum inner/outer circle grinding diameter is Φ 320/Φ 125 mm, the maximum inner/outer circle grinding length is 125/1000 mm, the outer roundness is 0.4 µ m, and the inner roundness is 0.6 µ m. A modular turret type grinding head is used, and up to 3 grinding heads can be installed. The workpiece can be clamped for multi station processing at one time; Adopting modular design, the headstock and tailstock can be driven by torque motors or servo motors according to the processing requirements, while the hydraulic control tailstock or manual tailstock can be selected; Establish a three-dimensional digital model of the machine tool and a matching kinematic post-processing unit to simulate typical grinding programs before machining. Equipped with C-X and C-Z axis linkage functions, the workpiece can be clamped in one go to complete grinding and processing of outer, inner, end, conical, non-circular and other parts.
