Large castings such as bed, worktable, gantry (including columns and beams), and drag plate are made of high-quality gray cast iron, with optimized structural design, excellent bending and torsion resistance, strong rigidity, and good heavy cutting performance.

The crossbeam is a slanted box structure, and adopts a flat and slanted sliding guide rail for uniform load-bearing and smooth operation of the machine tool.

The longitudinal, transverse, and vertical movements of the machine tool are driven by AC servo motors through reducers and precision ball screw pairs. Electronic handwheels can be used for tool alignment and micro feed.

Each motion guide rail of the machine tool is pasted with polytetrafluoroethylene soft tape to reduce friction and improve the service life of the guide rail.

The guide rail and screw pair are both equipped with automatic centralized lubrication, effectively preventing strains caused by oil loss.
