1、 Overview of Machine Tool:

The five axis five linkage CNC tool grinding machine produced by our company is designed based on the experience of the German five axis CNC tool grinding machine (WRT) and the practical operation of the design personnel, as well as communication at the tool production site. Reflected in practicality, economy, operation, maintenance, stability, and efficiency.

The machine tool adopts an imported organic glass curved door, which facilitates unrestricted operation and maintenance of the machine tool. The fully enclosed protective cover conforms to production safety. To cope with the production of special tools, the relative position relationship of the servo axis of the equipment is achievedExcellentHua, a mechanism that can correspond to the processing of multiple types of tools.

X. The Y-axis adopts imported linear motors and guide rails, while the Z-axis adopts imported servo motors and screw guide rails, with high precision and resolution, ensuring high production efficiency and quality of cutting tools.
