1、 Overview of Machine Tool:
The five axis five linkage CNC tool grinding machine produced by our company is designed based on the experience of the German five axis CNC tool grinding machine (WRT) and the practical operation of the design personnel, as well as communication at the tool production site. Reflected in practicality, economy, operation, maintenance, stability, and efficiency.
The machine tool adopts an imported organic glass circular arc door, which facilitates unrestricted operation and maintenance of the machine tool. The fully enclosed protective cover meets production safety requirements. In order to cope with the production of special tools, the relative position relationship of the servo axis of the equipment is optimized, and it can correspond to the mechanism manufacturing of multiple types of tool processing.
X. The Y-axis adopts imported linear motors and guide rails, while the Z-axis adopts imported servo motors and screw guide rails, with high precision and resolution, ensuring high production efficiency and quality of cutting tools.
