1、 Overview of Machine Tool:
The 5-axis 5-axis 5-axis CNC tool grinding machine produced by our company is designed based on the experience of the German 5-axis CNC tool grinding machine (WRT) and the practical operation of the design personnel, as well as communication at the tool production site. Reflected in practicality, economy, operation, maintenance, stability, and efficiency.
The machine tool adopts an imported organic glass circular arc door, which facilitates unrestricted operation and maintenance of the machine tool. The fully enclosed protective cover meets production safety requirements. In order to cope with the production of special tools, the relative position relationship of the servo axis of the equipment is optimized, and it can correspond to the mechanism manufacturing of multiple types of tool processing.
All axes are equipped with imported servo motors and screw guides, with high precision and resolution, ensuring high production efficiency and quality of the cutting tools.
2、 Main configuration:
1. X-axis horizontal linear CNC axis, Taiwan, China linear motor, YH grating ruler, THK precision roller guide rail.
2. Y-axis horizontal linear CNC axis, Taiwan, China linear motor, YH grating ruler, THK precision roller guide rail.
3. Z-axis vertical linear CNC axis, Taiwan, China servo motor, THK precision ball screw, THK precision roller guide.
4. A-axis: Workpiece rotation indexing axis DD direct drive (DMT Sino German joint venture).
5. B-axis: Rotary indexing axis DD direct drive (DMT Sino German joint venture).
6. Renishaw high-precision imported universal probe from the UK (probe: workpiece detection).
7. Whole mineral casting marble bed and columns.
8. Arc shaped sealed hood with double-sided doors for easy maintenance.
9. Adopting a mobile hand pulse with a magnet for easy operation.
10. Special permanent magnetic electric spindle, double grinding head design (customized in Taiwan, China, China) HSK grinding wheel flange can be removed as a whole to the grinding wheel dresser to repair the grinding wheel.
11. Install tube sealed oil proof LED lights inside the machine.

2. Display screen description: A 17 inch LCD screen displays a dialogue framework for mechanical coordinates, relative coordinates, absolute coordinates, and executing machining programs on the screen.
