Introduction to Fiber Laser Machine Equipment

Using fiber laser to output laser, and then implementing marking function through high-speed scanning mirror system. Fiber laser has high electromechanical conversion efficiency, cooled by air cooling, compact size, good output beam quality, and high reliability. It can engrave metal materials and some non-metal materials, mainly used in fields that require high depth, smoothness, and precision, such as clocks, jewelry, mold industries, bitmap marking, etc.
Characteristics of Fiber Laser Machine
Fiber laser machines are mainly used for larger machine panels, and laser engraving for larger products is also not a problem. The machine is made of double-layer thickened 1.5 sheet metal, which greatly improves the load-bearing capacity. Long term use of heavy objects will not cause the machine to deform. Fiber laser machines also use the unique guiding characteristics of fiber optics to transmit LD light sources to laser isolators through fiber optic transmission. After beam expansion and amplification, the output laser beam quality is more than 4 times better than old-fashioned semiconductor lasers. The high-energy laser beam transmitted through fiber optic is directly irradiated onto the object through the swinging of a two-dimensional scanning mirror and a focusing lens to form burning and engraving text and graphics on the object.
