1. 2. The machine tool is made of high-strength cast iron, with special materials such as copper and chromium added. The width of the bed guide rail is 395mm, and the quenching hardness of the bed guide rail is above HRC50, effectively improving the wear resistance and stability of the machine tool.

3. The machine tool adopts Nanjing Andy centralized lubrication, and the headstock is supplied with oil by an oil pump. The bearings, gears, and other parts inside the circulation headstock are lubricated by a lubrication pump. The motion guide rail and ball screw are lubricated by a centralized oil supply. The left and right brackets and tailstock of the ball screw support part are manually lubricated. In response to the hot weather in the south, the cleanliness and heat dissipation characteristics of the headstock are ensured, effectively extending the service life of the bearings and gears.

4. The machine tool spindle adopts Harbin bearings, with a spindle through-hole diameter of 85mm. The machine tool gears are precision ground, effectively improving gear hardness and reducing machine tool noise.
