This perforating machine is mainly used for deep hole machining on various conductive material tools such as stainless steel, quenched steel, hard alloy, copper, aluminum, etc. For example, the threading holes of EDM cutting workpieces include fiber spinnerets, spinnerets on spinnerets, group holes on filter plates and sieve plates, heat dissipation holes on engine blades and cylinder bodies, hydraulic and pneumatic valve body oil and air passage holes, etc.
The X and Y axes of the workbench are equipped with digital display devices. Use purified water or tap water as the working fluid. It can directly penetrate and process from the inclined or curved surface of the workpiece, and the maximum depth to diameter ratio of the processed hole can reach 200:1 or more. This machine tool can also be used to remove broken drill bits and wire cutters in workpieces without damaging the original holes or threads.
