B20Dual spindle radial CNC latheThe CNC system adopts four axis four linkage, high stability, high precision, and easy operation. According to the machining needs of the parts, a side power head can be optionally selected to achieve automated production of drilling and milling. The structural design is stable, and the high-quality cast iron bed body has strong rigidity; By configuring an automatic feeding machine, automatic continuous processing can be achieved.

The main/auxiliary shaft is equipped with C-axis arbitrary indexing positioning as standard.

The spindle adopts imported ultra high precision angular contact ball bearings to ensure high rigidity and long-lasting precision retention. Imported high-precision screw bearings and German Lux Lego precision guide rails are used.

The blade row structure adopts a stepped guide rail structure, which improves the rigidity of the tool holder platform and ensures smooth chip removal. It is equipped with side milling power cutting tools and spindle indexing function, which can meet the needs of complex turning, milling, and drilling composite processing.

The guide sleeve structure can be selected from fixed guide sleeve cutting, non guide sleeve cutting, and full range rotary guide sleeve cutting methods to meet diverse machining requirements.
