Dual spindle CNC cutting machine床 XKNC-100GSOn the basis of XKNC-100G, an 8-station turret, auxiliary spindle, auxiliary spindle holder, and auxiliary spindle cutting holder have been added, which can achieve automatic exchange of processes and secondary processing. Equipped with an automatic feeding machine, fully automatic processing can be achieved. It not only maintains the rigidity and high cutting accuracy of our company's cutting lathe, but also solves the problem of secondary machining under one clamping.
Performance characteristics:

1. Continuing the century old scraping and grinding technology and ultra precision grinding process inherited from Kitamura, Japan, and equipped with an automatic lubrication system to ensure long-term high precision and stability of the machine tool.
2. Using a dovetail guide rail structure and HT300 material, it has high strength, good wear resistance, excellent overall design, and good shock absorption effect, ensuring that the machine tool has higher rigidity in high-precision machining.

1. The Z-axis adopts a double mountain sliding guide rail, which truly meets the requirements of high rigidity and large processing range for automated machining.
2. The hard rail structure has undergone scraping and grinding treatment on all contact surfaces, with 12-14 scraping and grinding points per square inch, resulting in a natural increase in rigidity.
