The 8500 type bed fully cast CNC honing machine is a high-precision and high-efficiency vertical honing machine. As long as the workpiece size is set on the touch screen and controlled by PLC to achieve automatic expansion and contraction of the honing bar, it can also (optionally) have online automatic measurement function, which can accurately control the size. Automatic control system, time, constant pressure honing, multi station rotary worktable, uninterrupted work to improve work efficiency, and extremely simple clamping. Automatic loading and unloading and seamless integration with the production line can also be optional, saving technical guidance and maintenance time through remote control.
