Customized belt oil-water separatorintroduction

A machine for separating oil and water, usually used by ships to treat sewage. Due to environmental requirements, the sewage generated by ships and machinery discharged into rivers, lakes, and seas must be treated.

System working principle and workflow:

1. Water is pumped by an AOD pump (diaphragm) and enters the 3 * level honeycomb chamber through a flow control valve. The water is flushed, and due to the many tight honeycomb like compartments inside, tiny particles in the water settle in the honeycomb chamber during the upward flow process. The wastewater flows into the 4 mesh water distribution holes (5/32 ') and enters the 5 adsorption and extraction chambers. The water flows into the oil adsorption chamber composed of JT57 liquid filtration medium. During this process, oil and grease are adsorbed and extracted in large quantities, as well as complex heavy metals, organic matter, TSS, BTEX, PCB, and many water pollutants. Then the water flow turns upward in the adsorption chamber and enters the second stage honeycomb chamber -->6. The water flows through the tightly packed honeycomb layer of the second stage, reversing up and down three times, while the residual trace oil will float up and collect in its upper part. The water flow enters the -->7 clean water chamber, and the final water is discharged from the bottom of the clean water chamber. The residual trace amounts of oil distributed on the second level honeycomb chamber and clean water chamber are removed by skimming them into external oil storage containers using a skimmer installed at the top.
