Mainly used for single-sided polishing of iPad backplates, laptop panels, keyboard boards, powder metallurgy shell surfaces, mobile phone metal cases, cover plates, and other hard and brittle materials with irregular surfaces.

This equipment is an intermittent multi station, multi process, synchronous and efficient metal polishing device. The upper plate adopts two independent lifting and adjusting polishing discs, which can install different consumables at the same time. The lower plate workpiece disc adopts three workstations, which rotate intermittently and can achieve simultaneous processing at two workstations. One workstation can take and place workpieces without interruption during processing. No need to stop to pick up and place workpieces, achieving continuous non-stop work. The whole machine adopts industrial computer bus connection, distributed control mode, and realizes simultaneous parallel work of multiple systems. By using master-slave control mode, it achieves multiple workstations and simultaneous control of different processes, solving the shortcomings of low efficiency, complex process operation, and high workstation circulation cost caused by the current single machine single process and decentralized control of polishing machines. It truly realizes the one-stop solution of automatic polishing and fully automatic assembly line operation.

Performance and Features:

1. The machine adopts a simple planetary grinding and polishing principle, and the two upper plates can be independently driven to simultaneously install different polishing consumables for high-speed rotation, achieving better polishing effects.

2. There are three workstations on the lower plate, and each workstation has three download disks that can rotate and revolve, effectively ensuring consistency in the polishing effect around the product.

3. There is a dedicated picking and placing station on the front side of the machine, which can continuously achieve polishing without mechanical action, making the operation safer and more efficient.

4. Adopting a brand new vacuum adsorption structure and vacuum control system, it can independently control the vacuum of each workstation.

5. The overall structure of the machine is compact and runs smoothly. By using a rotating body to achieve the revolution and rotation of the download disk, the transmission accuracy and stability of the machine are increased.

6. The machine adopts an automatic drainage structure and is equipped with a vacuum pipeline cleaning function, which reduces the blockage of the vacuum pipeline caused by the solidification of grinding fluid and greatly improves the maintainability of the machine.

7. The upper plate lifting adopts a cylinder and linear sliding rail lifting form to achieve smooth and reliable pressurization.

8. Use polishing materials such as sponge sand, scouring pad, carbon brush, white brush, and polishing skin on the polishing disc to reduce machine vibration.

9. The upper and lower planetary motors are both equipped with variable frequency motors and controlled by variable frequency speed controllers, which can work at any speed within the effective setting range, achieving smooth stopping, acceleration, deceleration, and reversing operation.

10. During the descent process of the upper plate, fast and slow descent are set, and the slow descent stroke can be adjusted within the cylinder stroke range. The slow descent speed can also be freely adjusted according to the impact resistance of the workpiece.

11. High production capacity: For metals, multi work intermittent polishing and continuous multi station non-stop polishing. Each workstation can be equipped with different polishing consumables, and rough and fine polishing can be achieved on one machine, reducing circulation time and increasing work efficiency.
