Cast iron T-shaped groove flat plateInstallation and maintenance work
1、 Installation process and core points
Preparation before installation
Foundation treatment: A concrete foundation with a strength of C30 or above needs to be poured, with a surface flatness error of ≤ 0.05mm/m (measured with a 2m ruler), pre embedded anchor bolts or anchor holes with a depth of ≥ 200mm, and the hole diameter matches the bolt.
Environmental control: The installation environment temperature is 20 ± 5 ℃, humidity is ≤ 60%, and direct sunlight, heat sources, or corrosive gases should be avoided from affecting accuracy.
Flat panel inspection: Confirm that there are no sand holes or cracks on the working surface, and that the size of the T-shaped groove meets the design requirements (groove width, depth, spacing error ≤± 0.1mm).
Installation method selection
Anchor bolt fixation: Lift the flat plate to the foundation position, adjust the bolt height to make the flatness of the plate ≤ 0.01mm/m (detected with an electronic level), tighten the bolts diagonally in sequence to the rated torque (deviation ≤± 5%), and pour high-strength non shrinkage concrete for secondary grouting.
Adjustable bracket installation: The bracket height is 500-600mm, and the main support point is evenly stressed. Horizontal adjustment can be achieved by fine-tuning the bolts, which is suitable for scenarios that require movement or height adjustment.
Leveling of pad iron: Use paired inclined pad iron or adjustable pad iron, with evenly distributed load and stable ambient temperature. After installation, let it stand for more than 24 hours before tightening the bolts.
Accuracy calibration and acceptance
Levelness calibration: Place electronic level gauges at the four corners and center of the flat panel, adjust the leveling bolts to ensure that the levelness meets the standard at all points, mark the bolt positions to avoid accidental contact.
Flatness detection: Use a laser interferometer or electronic level to scan the working surface, and the flatness error must meet the standard of level 00-3 (such as level 00 ≤ 2 μ m/m ²).
Contact point inspection: The color matching method is used to verify that there are ≥ 20 contact points within an area of 25mm × 25mm. If the accuracy is insufficient, manual scraping and grinding are used for repair.

Daily maintenance
Cleaning and maintenance: After use, remove surface oil stains and chips, wipe with neutral detergent and warm water, and avoid acidic/alkaline corrosive agents; Cover with dust-proof cloth after applying rust proof oil or butter, and store in a dry and ventilated place.
Rust prevention treatment: Regularly inspect the surface for rust, and for slight rust, sandpaper can be used to polish and apply rust prevention oil; Severe corrosion requires re coating with a protective layer (such as epoxy resin coating) after sandblasting or chemical rust removal.
Load control: The weight of the workpiece should not exceed the rated load of the flat plate (usually 1.5-2 times the weight of the flat plate), to avoid deformation caused by long-term heavy pressure; It is prohibited to walk or stack unrelated items on the platform.
Regular inspection and accuracy restoration
Accuracy testing cycle: Conduct accuracy testing every 6-12 months, using a coordinate measuring instrument or laser tracker to verify whether the flatness, parallelism, and perpendicularity meet the standards.
Precision repair method: When the flatness exceeds the tolerance, restore the accuracy through manual scraping or CNC grinding; When the T-shaped groove is worn, milling or fitting can be used for repair to ensure that the groove width, depth, and spacing errors are ≤± 0.1mm
Structural inspection: Regularly check whether the anchor bolts, brackets, and shims are loose, and promptly tighten or replace damaged parts; Check if there are any foreign objects blocking the T-shaped groove and keep it unobstructed.
Special environmental response
High temperature environment: Avoid direct sunlight or heat source baking, use heat shields or ventilation equipment to reduce surface temperature; After high-temperature operation, it is necessary to let it cool to room temperature before inspection or maintenance.
Wet/corrosive environment: Apply rust proof oil or epoxy resin coating on the surface, and regularly check the integrity of the coating; Avoid direct contact with corrosive substances such as acid, alkali, salt, etc., and use corrosion-resistant materials (such as stainless steel fixtures) if necessary.
Vibration environment: Install shock-absorbing pads or use shock-absorbing brackets to reduce the impact of external vibrations on accuracy; Regularly check the effectiveness of the shock absorber device and replace aging components in a timely manner.
3、 Safe operation and emergency response
Operational safety regulations
Personal protection: Wear protective equipment such as work clothes, protective gloves, goggles, earplugs, etc. during operation to prevent rusting caused by flying chips, noise injuries, or sweat stains.
Equipment safety: Use specialized lifting equipment (such as balance beams and slings) during lifting to avoid deformation or falling of the flat plate; It is prohibited to clean, adjust or repair the equipment while it is running.
Emergency handling: In case of equipment abnormalities (such as noise, vibration, temperature rise), immediately shut down or cut off the power, and handle according to the emergency plan; Press the emergency stop button in case of emergency, take safety measures and notify maintenance personnel.
Maintenance safety precautions
High altitude operations: During maintenance, it is necessary to build a safety platform or use high-altitude equipment, wear safety belts, and avoid falling accidents.
Electrical safety: When maintaining electrical equipment, it is necessary to cut off the power and hang warning signs. Professional electricians should operate to avoid the risk of electric shock.
Chemical safety: When using cleaning agents, rust proof oils, and other chemicals, protective gloves and goggles should be worn to avoid skin contact or inhalation of harmful gases.
