Superstar power head:
1. Superstar can add corresponding power head combinations on the small application plate according to the customer's part processing technology requirements, in order to meet the requirements of milling, drilling, tapping and other feature processing on the workpiece end face or circumference. The power head is driven by a servo motor through synchronous wheels, synchronous belts, or gear transmission to drive a single power shaft or a group of power shafts to rotate, driving the tool to machine the required features such as milling, drilling, and tapping on the end face or circumference of the workpiece, that is, to achieve simple turning and milling composite functions on a CNC lathe.
2. If the power head needs to achieve lifting function, a set of Y-axis modules can be added to the small drag board to drive the power head to achieve Y-axis interpolation motion by driving the Y-axis up and down. It can also achieve linkage interpolation of X, Y, and Z axes.
3. Adding a power head to a lathe is often used in conjunction with the spindle C-axis function and spindle braking function. To achieve indexing and positioning machining of required milling, drilling, tapping and other features on the end face or circumference of the workpiece, or to achieve linkage machining between the C-axis and other axes.
4. The superstar power head has a powerful gear power system that can provide efficient power transmission and sustained high torque. Due to the use of high-power servo motors, the torque output has increased by more than 50% compared to traditional power heads. Due to the use of Japanese gears and other accessories, the speed of the power head is higher and the noise is lower.
