1. The appearance of the machine tool is atmospheric and dynamic, with a friendly human-machine interface. It uses natural marble components and has good stability.
2. The machine tool adopts a high rigidity, high precision, high-power (18KW) direct drive variable frequency electric spindle grinding head. The grinding wheel flange can accommodate 2-4 grinding wheels at the same time, meeting the grinding process requirements for the front, back, and end face of the tool in one clamping.
3. The workpiece spindle adopts dd direct drive and NSK precision spindle bearings. It is equipped with W25 precision cylinder clamps that match the Schopenberg precision chuck, and the workpiece is clamped pneumatically.
4. The machine tool adopts a new generation five axis linkage control system and Yaskawa servo unit from Japan. It uses Renishaw LP2DD precision measuring head from the UK, Shangyin precision rolling line track and ball screw, and Heidenhain encoder from Germany. At the same time, to better ensure the dimensional accuracy of the machining tools, the machine tool's rotating shaft adopts dual DD direct drive full closed-loop control, ensuring the performance and working accuracy of the machine tool.
5. The machine tool adopts a fully enclosed appearance (front movable sliding door, maintenance door on the right and back), handheld electronic handwheel, dedicated start stop button and foot switch, equipped with automatic cooling system and coolant filter oil tank, equipped with automatic lubrication device and mist suction interface, alarm buzzer, and equipped with electrical box cooling air conditioning, making the operation, maintenance, and changes of the machine tool simple and convenient.
