High rigidity and stability mechanical structure
The spindle is driven by a fully enclosed flange type electric motor of YE2-160M-6-B5 type with a power of 7.5kW and a speed of 975rpm, through an elastic coupling and a gear transmission chain of the variable speed mechanism. By using the spindle variable speed control mechanism, the spindle can achieve 18 different speeds ranging from 30 to 1500rpm.
The transmission of each coordinate axis adopts high-precision ball screws, which are directly driven by motors in the longitudinal direction and transmitted by synchronous belts in the transverse and vertical directions, with high precision.
The three directional guide rail pairs are equipped with quenching and plastic coating, with high precision retention and long service life.
Wide range of processing applications
This machine tool is suitable for processing single and batch production of various complex shaped parts with high precision requirements, such as cams, templates, profiles, arc-shaped grooves, etc. Widely applicable to various industries of mechanical processing.
