Using electrode tubes (brass tube, brass tube) as processing electrodes to perform pulse spark discharge metal removal and forming on workpieces. Unlike wire cutting machines and forming machines, its electric pulse electrode is a hollow copper rod, and the medium passes through the small hole in the middle of the copper rod hole to cool and remove chips. The discharge between the electrode and the metal produces high-temperature corrosion of the metal to achieve the purpose of perforation.

Suitable for processing diameters on various conductive materials such as stainless steel, quenched steel, copper, aluminum, hard alloys, etcDeep small holes between 0.3mm-3mm; Mainly used for processing small micro holes on molds, threading holes, fiber spinnerets and spinnerets, group holes on filter and sieve plates, heat dissipation holes on discharge motor blades and cylinder bodies, oil and air path holes on hydraulic and pneumatic valve bodies, etc; It can also be used to remove broken drill bits, taps, etc. in workpieces.

5) The spindle lifting is driven by a servo motor to achieve fast lifting, and the head stroke is electrically controlled.
6) The motor rotating head adopts tungsten steel resistant plates and multiple waterproof structures to ensure the concentricity of the rotating head.
7) The maximum stroke of the Z-axis is 380mm, which can clamp 500mm long electrodes at once, resulting in low waste of electrode tubes.
8) The maximum processing depth to diameter ratio is 300:1.
9) The maximum perforation speed is 30-60mm/rpm.
10) Digital high-frequency replaces traditional analog high-frequency, more accurate: PWM dedicated pulse emitting port, eliminates dip switch, more stable.
11) High frequency soft start function, smooth processing surface, no burns, no burrs.
