LSG557 series CNC high-precision dual servo internal latheIt is a high-tech product in the lathe industry, which has a more reasonable force distribution compared to traditional single wire bar servo lathes. The two force bearing screws are in the same plane as the machining center, and there is no flipping torque. During the cutting process, there is less vibration, long-term use is more stable, and the machine tool has stronger rigidity. The lathe is controlled by a closed-loop system consisting of a servo motor encoder and a grating, which synchronizes the two lead screws within 0.01mm

The CNC high-precision dual servo internal lathe has no hydraulic system compared to the dual oil cylinder pull up internal lathe, which eliminates the need for regular replacement of hydraulic oil and seals. Effectively prevent situations such as improper replacement and aging leading to hydraulic system unloading and sliding, which can even result in unstable system pressure and shaking, and affect the surface smoothness of the product. The servo internal lathe adopts screw drive, which eliminates hydraulic system problems and requires much less maintenance than hydraulic machine tools. It also occupies a smaller area and is more environmentally friendly.
