Its functions converge the advantages of current machine tools, equipped with advanced electrical appliances, and upgraded electromechanical control technology. Equipped with planer heads, milling heads, and grinding heads, it can achieve functions such as planing, milling, and grinding, realizing multi-faceted processing and multi-purpose use of one machine, improving the processing quality and production efficiency of workpieces.
This series of machine tools is the basic machine tool for Longmen milling and grinding machines. At the same time of development, milling and grinding functions were reserved, and milling and grinding heads can be installed at any time to meet different processing requirements.
Main structural performance and characteristics:
1. It is an electromechanical integrated product that combines planing, milling, and grinding functions into one machine. Suitable for high-speed steel, hard alloy cutting tools for processing various black metal, non-ferrous metal, and some non-metallic material workpieces. It can complete the process of planing, milling, and grinding for flat, inclined, side, and groove type racks.
2. Workbench transmission mode: (1) BXMQ20-0 series adopts the meshing transmission of workbench rack and helical gear, with direct axis power input; (2) The BXMQ20-1 series is equipped with a 50 ° helical gear shaft power input and rack and pinion transmission. The main gearbox is in 2nd gear and 4th speed, and the worktable speed is infinitely adjustable.
3. Beam locking: (1) BXMQ20-0 series is manually locked. (2) The BXMQ20-1 series is equipped with mechanical automatic locking and interlocking control with the lifting of the crossbeam.
4. The feed rate of the vertical and side planers is infinitely adjustable.
