A gear machining machine that uses gear or worm wheel type honing wheels to perform precision machining on quenched cylindrical gears. The honing machine works according to the principle of helical gear meshing, and the workpiece is driven to rotate freely by the honing wheel. Henglun is generally made of plastic and abrasive materials. The function of honing (see gear machining) is to reduce the roughness of the tooth surface and to some extent correct local errors in tooth orientation and profile. Gear honing machines are divided into two types based on the type of honing wheel used. ① Gear honing machine: Its structural layout is similar to that of a gear shaving machine, and it is divided into two types: the honing wheel is located above the workpiece and the honing wheel is located behind the workpiece. During processing, the honing wheel is in a cross axis meshing state with the workpiece, and the workpiece is driven to rotate by the honing wheel while the worktable moves longitudinally back and forth. For each reciprocating stroke of the worktable, the honing wheel reverses once, thereby machining the full length of the teeth and the two tooth sides. ② Worm wheel honing machine: Its structural layout is similar to that of a worm wheel grinding machine, but there is no transmission chain between the worm wheel honing machine and the workpiece, and the former drives the latter to rotate freely.

Features:
1. This shaving machine tool adopts a PLC control system and is an efficient equipment for precision machining of gears. It performs precision machining on the tooth surface after hobbing or hobbing, and according to the principle of helical gear meshing, the workpiece is driven by the cutting tool to rotate freely for precision machining of cylindrical gears.
