The casting is made of HT300 resin sand casting, which undergoes overall annealing, natural aging or vibration aging treatment to eliminate stress. The bed adopts a flat and V-shaped guide rail structure, and the surface of the guide rail is quenched by high-frequency heat treatment and precision grinding to ensure the durability and accuracy of the sliding surface. Vertical and horizontal grinding heads adopt Taiwan, China high-precision bearing grinding heads, which are durable and can be used for high-precision surface grinding and angle grinding.
