The bed adopts double V-shaped guide rails, and the worktable guide rail surface is covered with wear-resistant polytetrafluoroethylene. The trailer moves laterally along the crossbeam guide rail, and the lateral feed is driven by a DC motor. Horizontal feed is controlled by CNC feed.

The longitudinal movement of the workbench is driven by a blade oil pump.

It has stepless speed regulation and adopts an open hydraulic system. The hydraulic oil and guide rail lubrication have oil temperature control devices. The Longmen flat grinding head can move up and down along the vertical guide rail of the trailer.

Vertical feed has two modes: fast and automatic, and manual feed. CNC feed, easy to operate. The grinding head spindle adopts a sleeve type structure and a connected transmission, and the spindle bearing is a high-precision radial thrust ball bearing.
