1. Operators need to stick to their posts, operate carefully, and not do anything unrelated to their work. When leaving the machine tool due to unforeseen circumstances, stop the vehicle and turn off the power and gas sources.
2. Process according to the process specifications. Do not arbitrarily increase the feed rate, grinding rate, and cutting (grinding) speed. Do not use machine tools beyond specifications, loads, or weights. Do not use precision machinery for rough or large machinery for small purposes.
3. Tools and workpieces should be clamped correctly and securely fastened. Do not damage the machine tool during loading and unloading. Correct the tool and workpiece without heavy hammering. Do not use the method of extending the handle to increase torque to tighten tools and workpieces.
4. It is not allowed to install ejector pins, cutting tools, tool sleeves, etc. that do not match the taper or aperture of the spindle taper hole, tailstock sleeve taper hole, or other tool installation holes of the double headed milling machine, and have scratches or unclean surfaces.
5. The mechanical speed change of the transmission and feed mechanism of the double headed milling machine, the clamping and alignment of the tool and workpiece, and the manual measurement between the workpiece processes should all be stopped after cutting and grinding are terminated, and the tool and grinding tool are removed from the workpiece.
6. Tools and grinding tools should be kept sharp, and if they become dull or crack, they should be sharpened or replaced in a timely manner.
7. During the cutting and grinding process of the Qingdao double headed milling machine, the cutting tools and grinding tools are not allowed to stop until they have left the workpiece.
