Performance characteristics:


  • 1. Dual spindle single blade tower structure, using a flat bed frame cast iron base

    The dual spindle single tool tower structure adopts a flat bed frame cast iron base, which minimizes the inclination of the component installation surface caused by heat, and all displacements are perpendicular to the installation surface, reducing the relative deviation between the workpiece and the tool during machining.

  • 2. Both the main spindle and the auxiliary spindle use electric spindles

    Both the main and auxiliary spindles use electric spindles to avoid vibrations caused by mechanical transmission. A spindle cooling circulation device is installed to ensure thermal displacement and accuracy during long-term operation of the spindle, thereby improving the precision of the machined surface

  • 3. The X-axis, Z-axis, and B-axis guide rails are all equipped with bearing cooling devices

    The X-axis adopts the traditional high-precision dovetail guide rail of Beicun, inheriting the characteristics of high precision and high retention of Beicun dovetail guide rail.

    Static pressure guide rail lubrication ensures long-term accuracy maintenance of the machine tool

    The Z-axis adopts rectangular guide rails, greatly improving the cutting ability of the machine tool and having higher seismic performance. Enable the machine tool to meet the requirements of large cutting volume machining.

    Fixed point and quantitative guide rail lubrication ensures stable operation of the guide rail for a long time.

    The B-axis (secondary spindle moving axis) adopts the Beicun standard double mountain guide rail, which has the characteristic of high guiding accuracy, ensuring the directional accuracy of the secondary spindle movement and achieving high-precision handover between the spindle workpiece and the secondary spindle.

    The X-axis, Z-axis, and B-axis are all equipped with bearing cooling devices to strictly control the thermal deformation of the lead screw and bearings during long-term operation of the machine tool. Improved the machining accuracy of the machine tool and reduced the thermal displacement time to the lowest possible level.
