Overview
With the increasing demand for precision in the industry, ordinary red light positioning can no longer meet the positioning and marking requirements of high-precision components. Therefore, the PEDB-480 CCD automatic positioning laser marking machine has emerged. This machine has added a 5-megapixel coaxial CCD camera on the basis of a regular marking machine, which can achieve automatic positioning with a positioning accuracy of up to 0.02mm. It is particularly suitable for marking high-precision instruments, chips, circuit boards, metal buttons, resistors, small capacitors, pens and other items that are difficult to manually locate. Or applied to industries such as rapid positioning and marking on assembly lines.

1. The camera automatically locates and places the marked item at any angle within ± 20 °. The camera can automatically recognize and accurately locate it, and display the coordinates of all areas to be marked on the computer.
