KVC700DIt is a small vertical machining center independently developed by our company, with a C-shaped layout and a cross slide table structure. The worktable moves forward and backward (Y-axis) along with the slide seat, the worktable moves left and right (X-axis) on the slide seat, and the spindle box moves up and down (Z-axis) along the column guide rail. The spindle is directly connected to the motor, with 24 disc type tool magazines and BT40 tool holders hanging on the side. The whole machine runs reliably, with high machining accuracy and efficiency, and easy maintenance. This machine tool is particularly suitable for processing small and medium-sized parts in the industries of mobile phones, computers, cameras, automobiles, motorcycles, and other general parts.

The spindle adopts a direct connection structure, using imported brand high-precision spindle bearings, with high speed, high precision, high rigidity, low noise, and maintenance free;


X. The Y and Z axes are driven by high rigidity roller linear guides and ball screw pairs, maintaining high levels of position accuracy and dynamic response speed;

The tool magazine disc is driven by servo, which allows for quick tool selection and quick tool change speed;

High inclination rear chip, coupled with a high flow chip flushing pump, ensures smooth chip discharge without accumulation;
