The centerline of the spindle is close to the Z-axis guide surface, eliminating the accuracy deviation caused by the sagging of the spindle box due to large spacing in large vertical machining centers. Eliminate the accuracy deviation caused by suspended machining on both sides of the vertical worktable.
X. The Y-axis adopts heavy-duty roller track, and the worktable operates within the base without exceeding it. The load-bearing stress is evenly released, which solves the deformation caused by long-term load-bearing of the vertical worktable.
The weight-bearing capacity of the workbench has increased by about 50% compared to the same specifications of the stand.
