1This machine is imported from abroad and is a three roll profile bending machine with curved downward adjustment. The outer shape of the machine bed adopts a steel plate welded structure. The main roller rotates through hydraulic motors, gears, and transmitted power. Two side rollers that can wrap around the central axisｂPerforming curved motion, the power transmitted through hydraulic motors and gears rotates simultaneously with the main shaft. The idler rollers are installed on both sides of the edge rollers, allowing them to perform curved motion simultaneously with the edge rollers. Each lifting cylinder can perform lifting and lowering movements.

2. Machine performance

The machine rollers are uniformly driven rollers. During the rolling process, the end of the profile can be pre bent, and the twisting deformation generated during the rolling process can be corrected by adjusting the guide rollers.

All the above movements are achieved through electronic digital display and button operation on the control cabinet.

Attention: During the rolling process, the rotational motion of the three rollers and the lifting motion of the edge rollers cannot be carried out simultaneously to avoid malfunctions. The lifting motion of the edge rollers can only be carried out after the rollers are installed in the mold.
