This machine has 5-axis control (simultaneously controlling 4-axis) and can achieve multi face machining with one clamping. It can greatly shorten the time required for replacement processes, avoid installation errors, and improve machining accuracy.
Shortening processing time
Compared with point contact cutting with ball end mills, cutting with side cutters on upright parts can significantly shorten machining time. Meanwhile, the use of high rigidity short cutting tools can avoid cutting at interfering angles.
