2-edge long neck flat milling cutter for mold processingSuitable for general cutting of most processed materials below HRC55 ° and long-term cutting of large molds, widely used in the processing of general carbon steel, pre hardened steel (<HRC55 °), stainless steel, copper and other materials.

Flat bottom milling cutter: also known as end milling cutter, light milling cutter, gong milling cutter, and purple milling cutter, it is commonly used for precision machining, semi precision machining, and precision machining of flat surfaces, side surfaces, grooves, and mutually perpendicular step surfaces. The more cutting edges a milling cutter has, the better the effect after precision machining.

Coarse skin milling cutter: also known as a wavy edge cutter, used for rough machining of workpiece surfaces. It is divided into coarse teeth, medium teeth, and fine teeth according to the size of the wavy edge teeth. Different tooth shapes require different machining parameters.
