The Efficient and Precise Machining Method for Aircraft Engine Blades
The blades, discs, and other components of aircraft engines work in harsh environments and have complex profiles, requiring high machining accuracy and consistency. The joint grinding of M Ä GERLE and BLOHM brands, with their profound accumulation in the field of flat and profile grinding, provides high-precision machining solutions for these "crown jewels".

Taking the M Ä GERLE MFP 51 grinding center as an example:
Its design is compact and suitable for multi axis linkage grinding processing. Equipped with a gantry style 68 station integrated grinding wheel replacement device, it can effectively process multiple different workpieces without any intervention of tools, and can complete all grinding processes and measurements in one clamping.
The high-performance spindle can achieve a speed of up to 12000 revolutions per minute, and the top mounted dresser is integrated into the spindle box, which can shorten the machining time. Compact fixtures can achieve efficient grinding processing, and continuous dressing of grinding wheels can achieve efficient and higher material removal rates. The new KC33 has two specifications for the top distance: 650mm and 1000mm. The corresponding top distance specifications have load-bearing capacities of 80kg and 120kg, respectively.
