02 Solution
The existing TruLaser Tube 7000 fiber is the first link of the automated pipe production line, responsible for cutting and contour processing the semi-finished products of the transverse pipes of the trailer towing device. The system has proven its high productivity, high precision, and reliability in practice, "Jordan said.

The preprocessed pipes are then transported to Quanshifu's pipe bending machine and automatically loaded by robots. Quansifu's CNC pipe bending machine not only reliably meets the required tolerances, but also can be quickly and easily replaced through a tool changing device. The final production steps are carried out on the TruLaser Cell 8030 3D laser cutting machine. Then proceed with final processing. This 3D laser system can cut contours that cannot be cut before bending, as these contours will deform before bending. We have experience using TruLaser Tube 7000 fiber and it performs exceptionally well. ”Jordan said. The TruLaser Cell 8030 is equally impressive in this regard.
