  Aluminum profile machining centerIt is a high-precision CNC machining equipment designed specifically for aluminum profiles, integrating multiple processes such as cutting, drilling, milling, and tapping. Through automation control, it can complete complex machining in one clamping, significantly improving production efficiency and accuracy. In response to the slender and lightweight characteristics of aluminum profiles, the machining center adopts a narrow and long worktable (width 500mm-1200mm, length up to 12500mm), equipped with pneumatic fixtures and positioning plates to ensure the stability of workpiece clamping. The high rigidity gantry bridge structure is matched with four rows of steel ball linear guides, effectively dispersing processing forces and avoiding deformation of slender profiles.
