In order to further strengthen the fire safety awareness of new employees and enhance their self-protection and self rescue capabilities in response to sudden fires, on the afternoon of October 24th, the company successfully conducted a fire safety knowledge training and fire drill activity for new employees in front of the fifth floor conference room and the fire brigade. This training was carefully planned and organized by the security department, with the participation of over 80 new employees, to strengthen the company's safety production defense line in the form of "theory+practice".

Firefighting drills are safely conducted in designated areas. Firefighters pre-set simulated fire points and demonstrated the four step operation method of "lifting, pulling, gripping, and pressing" of fire extinguishers on site, with standardized and clear movements and detailed explanations.

New employees take turns to take turns on the battlefield, facing the raging flames. Everyone remains calm and follows the operating procedures strictly, quickly aiming at the root of the fire source to press and spray, successfully extinguishing the initial "fire". The entire drill was well-organized and clearly divided, not only allowing new employees to overcome their fear of fire, but also effectively mastering the use of firefighting equipment, improving their psychological resilience and practical abilities in emergency situations.
