In the high-end manufacturing field, CNC precision gantry milling machines are key equipment for achieving high-precision machining of large and complex parts.   1、 High rigidity overall structure
The machine tool adopts a fully cast gantry frame structure, and the bed and columns are made of high-strength cast iron material. After two aging treatments, the internal stress is eliminated to ensure that the structure does not deform during long-term use. The crossbeam and column are rigidly connected to form a closed-loop structure, which increases the overall rigidity by more than 30% compared to traditional designs. It can withstand the impact force during large cutting operations and effectively suppress the influence of vibration on machining accuracy. The workbench is treated with quenching, with a hardness of HRC50-55. Combined with plastic coated guide rails, it ensures wear resistance and reduces movement resistance.
  2、 Multi axis linkage drive system
The machine tool is equipped with a five axis linkage drive configuration, with gear rack transmission for the X and Y axes, and dual drive motor synchronous control, with a positioning accuracy of 0.005mm/300mm; The Z-axis adopts high-precision ball screw transmission, directly driven by servo motors, with a repeat positioning accuracy of ≤ 0.003mm. Each axis is equipped with a grating ruler closed-loop feedback system to monitor the motion position in real time and perform dynamic compensation, ensuring that micrometer level control accuracy can be maintained even under high-speed operation.
  3、 Efficient spindle unit
The spindle system, as the core functional component, adopts an electric spindle design with a maximum speed of 15000rpm and a power range of 15-37kW. The spindle bearings use high-precision ceramic ball bearings, which are precisely matched and installed with a radial runout of ≤ 0.001mm. Through a combination of oil mist lubrication and forced air cooling, the temperature rise of the spindle does not exceed 2 ℃ after continuous operation for 8 hours, ensuring thermal stability during the processing. In addition, the spindle box adopts constant temperature control technology to further reduce the impact of environmental temperature changes on machining accuracy.
  4、 Intelligent Numerical Control System
The machine tool is equipped with a new generation of CNC system, which supports G-code and CAD/CAM direct programming, and has 3D simulation machining function, which can predict interference problems in advance. The system is equipped with an adaptive control module that can automatically adjust the feed rate according to the cutting load, protecting the tool and improving machining efficiency. Through the industrial Ethernet interface, remote monitoring and program transmission can be achieved, facilitating production management and process optimization. The operating interface adopts a 15 inch touch screen, supports multi language switching, and simplifies the programming process of complex parts.
