Pre holiday shutdown:
1. Cleaning and rust prevention
Clean the air conditioning and oil cooler filters thoroughly;
Clean and rust proof the spindle taper hole, clean and apply grease to the workbench, its fixtures, and internal protective cover to prevent rust;
The machine tool runs at a slow speed multiple times throughout its entire range, ensuring sufficient lubrication of the mechanical transmission components;
Clean the waste oil in the waste oil box of the machine tool and clean the water tank filter.
1. Return to position
Return the knife magazine and knife holder to position 1, and place the fully automatic right angled head into the head magazine;
Return each axis and turntable to the zero position.
3. Check the battery and backup data.
Check if the battery voltage is normal and replace the low voltage battery in a timely manner;
● Overall backup of machine tool data to prevent loss.
Post holiday startup:
1. Electrical and gas inspection. Before powering on, check whether the air pressure and voltage are stable. Please open the electrical cabinet to confirm that there is no condensation, no debris, and no signs of damage to the circuit;
2. Lubrication and hydraulic system. Check whether the liquid levels of each lubrication system and hydraulic system are normal;
3. Inspection of moving parts. Confirm that all moving parts are free of rust and debris, and wipe the lubricating oil;
4. Power on. After powering on, confirm that the lubrication, cooling, and other systems are working properly;
5. Preheat. Preheat the main shaft and each drive shaft by running them at low speed for at least half an hour;
6. Pay attention to the load. When processing for the first time, please pay attention to whether the load on the spindle and each drive shaft is normal.
