1、 Daily cleaning and dust removal
Workbench and guide rail cleaning: After daily work, use a vacuum cleaner to clean the metal debris and oil stains on the workbench, guide rail, screw, and other parts to prevent the accumulation of debris from causing a decrease in accuracy or jamming. For marble countertops and air floating feet, they need to be wiped clean with a soft cloth dipped in ethanol.
Cleaning of electrical control cabinet and operation panel: Regularly use a vacuum cleaner to clean the dust on the electrical control cabinet and operation panel to prevent circuit short circuits. Be careful to avoid using a Q gun to blow directly, so as not to raise dust and cause poor contact of electrical components.
Cleaning of coolant tank: Regularly clean impurities in the coolant tank, check the concentration and level of the coolant, and replace deteriorated coolant in a timely manner. At the same time, check if the coolant nozzle is blocked to ensure that the spray angle and flow rate are normal.
2、 Lubrication inspection and supplementation
Lubrication of moving parts: Check the lubrication condition of moving parts such as guide rails, screws, bearings, etc., and supplement lubricating oil or grease (such as lithium based grease) according to the instructions. For rolling guides or columns, a layer of lubricating grease should be applied to the surface; For air shoe guidance, it is necessary to clean it with a soft cloth dipped in ethanol and avoid wiping oil.
Automatic lubrication system inspection: Confirm that the oil level of the automatic lubrication system is sufficient, the oil circuit is unobstructed, and there is no oil leakage. For components that require regular lubrication, such as tool magazine chains or cam mechanisms, lubrication should be carried out according to the prescribed cycle.
3、 System inspection and calibration
Electrical system inspection: Regularly check whether the motor, driver, and cable joints are overheated or aged, and clean the cooling fan. At the same time, check whether the electrical connections inside the electrical cabinet are firm, and whether there are any looseness, short circuits, or other phenomena.
Accuracy calibration: Use a laser interferometer or standard measuring tool to detect spindle runout and positioning accuracy every month, and adjust compensation parameters if necessary. For long-term operating equipment, comprehensive accuracy testing and calibration should be conducted regularly.
4、 Key component maintenance
Spindle maintenance: Avoid long-term idling of the spindle to prevent bearing overheating. Regularly check the clamping force of the spindle tool to prevent tool loosening. At the same time, clean the spindle taper hole and apply anti rust oil; Check the temperature rise and noise of the spindle bearings, and replace the lubricating grease if necessary.
Tool library maintenance: Clean the tool library guide rail and tool changing robotic arm, and check the positioning accuracy of the tool holder. Regularly lubricate the chain or cam mechanism of the tool magazine to ensure precise and stable movement of the tool magazine.
Pneumatic system maintenance: Regularly check the air source pressure (usually 0.4~0.6MPa), clean the filter, and exhaust the drain valve. For equipment equipped with a refrigerated air dryer, it is necessary to check whether its automatic drain valve is working properly.
5、 Environmental Control and Protection
Temperature control: CNC tube plate drilling machines have certain requirements for ambient temperature. Excessive ambient temperature may cause damage to the controller; If the ambient temperature is too low, it may cause the lubricating oil or grease to solidify. Therefore, the device needs to be placed in an environment with relatively stable temperature and humidity.
Dust and moisture prevention: Regularly clean the iron filings and debris around the equipment to maintain the cleanliness of the surrounding area. At the same time, close the electrical box and take protective measures to prevent dust and moisture from entering the interior of the equipment.
