GM-KLF1000 CNC gantry double vertical axis circular table composite grinder

It is mainly suitable for multi process grinding of outer circles, inner holes, step surfaces, and conical surfaces, and can be used for dual axis linkage grinding of large and medium-sized inner and outer contour curves. It is widely used in important fields such as bearings, wind power, engineering machinery, valves, automobiles, military industry, robots, etc.

The workbench rotation adopts a closed static pressure turntable, which is directly driven by a torque motor. The C-axis of the turntable is a DD direct drive static pressure turntable equipped with Renishaw RESA absolute high-precision circular grating, which can achieve high-precision and arbitrary angle positioning with high repeatability. The suction cup adopts an electrically permanent magnet suction cup with adjustable suction force, which automatically charges and demagnetizes.

★ Equipped with Siemens 828D CNC system, it can be controlled separately or through two axis linkage control, and has functions such as linear interpolation and arc interpolation.

The grinding head adopts a rolling bearing structure, which is directly driven by a spindle servo motor for rotation. The speed is infinitely adjustable to meet the grinding needs of workpieces of different materials.

Equipped with two grinding wheel dressing methods, namely diamond roller dressing and diamond pen dressing, it can achieve grinding wheel flat and curved surface dressing.

MK7132 * 6T trailer mobile surface grinder

Machine tools are suitable for grinding the flat and end faces of materials such as steel, cast iron, and non-ferrous metals. They are widely used in equipment manufacturing, military, mold, automotive, hydraulic and other industries for the processing of parts.

This series of machine tools is manufactured by introducing advanced technology from Germany and Italy, digesting, absorbing and innovating.

The machine tool adopts a mobile layout with a drag plate, and the overall precision is high.

The bed adopts a high rigidity and wide casting structure (supported by large rail spans), with strong load-bearing capacity, good machine tool accuracy retention, and high reliability.

The reciprocating motion of the workbench is driven by a hydraulic station, and the control valve and handle are manually controlled for stepless speed regulation.

The front end of the grinding wheel spindle adopts an inner column and outer conical sliding bearing, which has good rigidity, high bearing capacity, high grinding efficiency, and low roughness of the ground workpiece (optional rolling bearing spindle).

★ The lateral movement of the trailer adopts a rolling linear guide, which has excellent low-speed movement performance and high-quality grinding wheel dressing.

The horizontal and vertical axes of the machine tool are driven by servo motors with precision ball screw pairs for transmission.

The longitudinal guide rail adopts continuous automatic lubrication, and the column and grinding head guide rail are controlled by solenoid valves to achieve incremental lubrication, preventing the guide rail from losing oil and pulling, improving the service life of the guide rail, and better ensuring the accuracy of the machine tool.
