Shutdown precautions
1. If there are unfinished programs, they can be saved as processing tasks.
2. When shutting down, first turn off the cutting software, then turn off the laser, wait for 5 minutes for the laser to power off before turning off the water tank (to remove the heat inside the laser), and finally pull down the main power switch of the device.
3. Close the oxygen, nitrogen, and compressed air valves, open the drain valve of the air compressor storage tank, and drain the remaining gas in the storage tank.
4. Perform 5S organization on the equipment, while cleaning the precision guide rails, gears and racks, and adding lubricating oil.
5. It is recommended to drain the cooling water, clean the dirt on the inner wall of the water tank, clean the filter element, and replace the filter element that cannot be cleaned in a timely manner. When starting work, add clean purified water or distilled water.
Power-on procedure
1. Before starting the laser equipment, check whether the power supply voltage is normal and whether the power cord is damaged or has poor contact.
2. Check the supporting equipment of the laser cutting machine, such as the voltage regulator voltage display, whether the air compressor is running normally, and whether there is water accumulation in the air storage tank and filter. Customers who use nitrogen and oxygen should pay attention to whether there is any air leakage in the pipeline. When opening the air valve, gradually open it and do not twist it too much at once to prevent the air pipe from bursting and injuring people due to excessive pressure.
3. Turn on the laser power (note that high-power lasers need to be on standby for about 30 minutes, and the laser needs to be dehumidified before it can emit light) and check if the laser indicator light is normal. If there is a laser alarm, contact the regional after-sales service engineer in a timely manner.
4. Add purified water or distilled water, turn on the power of the water tank, and observe whether the water pressure, water level, and water temperature are normal after the water pump is started.
5. Turn on the power of the computer host, open the cutting software, check if the software has any alarms, and execute Z/X/Y/W to return each axis to the original point 6. Check if the cutting nozzle and insulation ring are loose, and manually calibrate the capacitor.
7. Press the blow button to test if the high-pressure and low-pressure air outlets are functioning properly.
8. Confirm the copper nozzle model before cutting, check if the protective lens is clean, and retrieve the corresponding cutting process parameters for the board.
9. After starting the machining program, always pay attention to the cutting situation. If any abnormalities occur, the fault factors must be eliminated before continuing cutting.
