In recent years, China has gradually ceased mass consumption of numerous mechanical hardware accessories, electronic spare parts, and so on. However, in recent years, the cost of human resources has been increasing, and the cost of employing personnel has also been rising. As an automated processing equipment for small parts, automatic lathes have a higher degree of automation compared to desktop instrument lathes. For example, when processing small parts, one operator can manage multiple automatic lathes at the same time, almost achieving long-term unmanned operation. The production capacity of an automatic lathe per minute can be several times that of a desktop instrument lathe, making it very suitable for processing small parts.
At present, many hardware parts processing enterprises have recognized this problem and are gradually adopting this type of automatic lathe. The scale of the automatic lathe processing industry is rising, which is an effective choice to reduce costs, improve processing quality, and enhance market competitiveness of enterprises.
